Ordering Process

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from one of our customer representatives. This email will confirm your order and will outline each part of your order in detail, including your ship date and your grand total including, any applicable extra fees and shipping. We will also reserve stock and make any recommendations or offer helpful advice to you about your order.

Once our graphic artists have completed your artwork proof, we will send that to you along with a finalized order confirmation. This typically happens within 24 hours of your initial order placement. Please sign and fax back both the artwork proof and order confirmation to commence your order. Once we have received both of these, we can begin on your order and the production time period commences. Late approvals will delay shipping your order.
