Samples

We do offer free samples of our products to help you have confidence with your purchase decision. This is how it works:

AblePromotional.com will provide free samples based on availability to all our qualified customers. We will charge you for the sample and the cost of shipping (ground is always cheaper), and then will fully refund you for the cost of the product if it is returned to the correct return address provided to you in 15 days. We encourage you to order a sample for those placing large orders, as you will have no doubt as to the quality or integrity of the product. If you have any more questions about our sample policy please call us M-F 8:30am-5:30pm PST for personal assistance!

Artwork Proofs - Free with Every Order

Our free artwork proofs are sent to you typically with your order acknowledgement. Our highly talented graphic artists will put together a visual renderment of what your artwork will look like. Normally we will email this to you, however we can fax it if need be.

Pre-production Samples

We can produce actual physical proofs of your product, before we run the entire order. What this means is that we will do up one of your items with your custom imprinting on it, and send it to you before we begin the rest of the order. We recommend this for large orders and when time permits. This typically costs extra but can be well worth it if you are unsure about the final result.
