Terms and Conditions

Check Returns

In every case where we have a check returned for insufficient Funds, or any other reason, we will assess a $50.00 fee.

30 Day Terms

If we grant you payment terms of 30 days, you agree that if you are late paying your invoice, a 2.5% finance charge will. You also agree to pay any amount of reasonable attorney fees or collection fees on any amount that is owed or not paid when it was due.

Shipping Delays

The customer agrees to not hold us liable for any shipping delay that is out of our control, such as an act of God or other carrier circumstances. Delivery dates from factory’s are based on reasonable estimates of our suppliers and Ablepromotional.com will not be held responsible for and damages arising from delay in delivery.

Warranties

We will make available to all our customers the transferable warranties by the manufacturer of applicable goods. We make no other implied or other express warranties.

Merchandise Quality

Please understand that we do our utmost to ensure product quality from our various suppliers. We encourage you to order a spec sample of the product you are ordering to have a better idea of its quality. Keep in mind that these samples are only representative in nature. By choosing to purchase from us, you understand that manufacturing variations are unavoidable and are a result of typical manufacturing processes. You also accept that reasonable variances occur between product color, material and even packaging.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise

All purchased good become the property of the purchaser at the time they are accepted by the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

AblePromos is required by law to collect all applicable provincial and federal taxes. This includes the GST and applicable Provincial Sales Tax in British Columbia. Customers in other states or jurisdictions may be required to remit use taxes. Please consult your tax advisor. Please provide us with your GST or PST number if these taxes do not apply to you. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their resale certificate by fax to 250-753-4406.

Cancellations and Change Orders

Once you have approved an order confirmation and you need to change or cancel an order, there may possibly be a minimum $50.00 fee to cover order entry and order preparation expenses. We will do our utmost to help accommodate any changes that you have to our order. For orders that are already partly competed, you will be charged for the work that has been done up to that point.

Claims and Returns

If you have any issues or problems with your order, please call us right away at 1-866-313-2253. You need to call us within 5 days of receiving your order for us to go back to our suppliers for credit. If you don’t intend to use your promotional products right away, please open and review them for quality. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If you do have a problem, call us right away, and we supply you with a RMA and a special shipping address to return the product to.

Over and Under Runs

Although we try to produce the exact amount of the quantity ordered, this is not always possible due to the nature of our industry. Fast running machines and quality control do not always allow for exact numbers. We reserve the right to bill and ship to you 10% over or under the chosen quantity.

Our Pricing

We make the best effort possible to keep all our pricing, product details and pictures current and up to date on our website. From time to time though, the possibility exists with incorrect information or pricing. We reserve the right to change prices or product specs at any time. We will let you know immediately of any updated price.

Product Images

We make the best effort possible to keep our site pictures up to date. Remember, that onscreen viewing is often different from actual viewing. We try to do our best to communicate the most accurate and reflective pictures of how the product actually looks. We strongly encourage you to order samples to see the actual color, scale, and detail, so you do not make assumptions based on a website picture. We cannot be held liable for the difference between what you see online and the final product if you do not choose to order a sample.
