Monitoring: We always carry out production monitoring for quality control during production. Quality control is carried out both on incoming raw materials and finished products. We also do packaging quality control when production is completed and before any shipment. Additionally, we do quality control and check to ensure that every item you order meets the specifications.
Fixing Errors: We carry out shipment quality checks and if we notice any error before shipment, we will remake the whole order to fix the error and any issue found.
Pre-production Approval: We have a policy in place that requires that you approve all pre-production proof samples before we commence the mass production of your order. Our factories are not allowed to start mass production of any product without your approval.
Update and Notification: We will send email notifications to let you know when your order has been completely produced and we will share pictures for proof. You can also point out any errors or mistakes before shipment. If you want, we can also make a video coverage of your order and send it to you.
